Return Policy

Please contact us before returning the item in any case.Returns are only accepted within 7-days of item received and if the products are not found as advertised.Buyers are responsible to pay for the shipping charges unless they were sent a faulty or not as described item.

Returned item MUST be received in the same condition they were sent in and received by the buyer with original packaging.Please do not USE items, if you wish to return them as they cannot be replaced or refunded.

In case of replacements, shipping charges from $15 to $40.00 will be applicable depending upon the buyer?s shipping destination.
We are not responsible for sizing issues and related returns because size dispatched to buyers are as per their own selection and if sizing issues occurs we only accept exchange. In all above cases return shipment and replacement jacket shipment would be paid by buyer.In case buyer Didn’t like the item we Charge 20% restocking Fee.

Shipping Policy

We use FedEx or DHL to send items to UK/USA/Canada. We do not ship to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses as we use courier services and they only deliver to physical addresses. For PO Box, APO/FPO address delivery, extra charges of $20 will be applicable; alternatively buyer can provide us a physical door address in the destination country the item was bought for.

NOTE!if your requiBrown size is not in our Dubai warehouse or you require made-to-measure jacket, then it will be sent directly from our overseas factories. Hence, delivery may take 7-15 working days after payment clearance.The first priority of leather-icon is to deliver the item as soon as possible to the customer once the order is received. Our company does not keep piles of stock in the warehouse as they become weary and teary due to lying in warehouse. We make most of the jackets when we receive the order; it hardly takes two to three days to make a jacket because our procedure is ready made and only in some exceptions it takes longer as the order is custom made.

Note: Tax & Custom charges are beyond our control .Buyers please check your local office for any tax/custom charges. These charges are normally collected by the shipping company or you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
